How long should I wear my Waist Training Corset?
There is no definitive answer to this question, our bodies are all different and progress varies from person to person. However; there are two methods that you can choose between in order to make their waist training journey as easy as possible.
The first method is dawning your corset fewer times for a longer period of time each time. An example of this would be dawning your corset one time for 12 hours and removing it for 12 hours. This method works best while sleeping, you can go about your day free and easy without constriction and then dawn your corset before bed and training your sleep.
The second method is wearing your corset more frequently but for a shorter period of time. An example of this would be wearing your corset for one hour, taking it off for one hour or where your corset for two hours and taking it off for two hours.
As a general rule of thumb is recommended that you wear your corset for a minimum of four hours a day no matter which method you decide to employ. As I said before our bodies change at different rates however; that doesn’t change the fact that the more you wear your corset the better chance you have at results. Although we recommend that you wear your corset for a minimum of four hours is preferred that you strive for six or more hours. There you have it!
